Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actress and musician. She is well-known for her performances in theatre as well as for playing Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. In 2006, she recorded her own cover version of the iconic Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon to be used in an edition of Disneymania. When she was on Broadway as Belle van der Pol, she recorded a wide range of songs that can be heard in the music for the musical. This included A Change in Me.
